Vintage Bus Roll Project

Summer project : Instead of spending hundreds of dollars on a original vintage bus roll I am making my own. I have order the letters in pic no. 1 and in pic no. 2 and want to acuire an old roll of canvas or some how age a new roll. More research is needed but I am half way there and ready to create.
