First order

Well that was fast. I have an order for 50 raspberry macarons for an April bridal shower. How exciting! 

Now what to use for the filling?!

-espresso ganache

-chocolate ganache 

-white chocolate 

-Raspberry preserves

The mind reels. 

I know I will have a blast testing them all out.
