These canvases are going to be the frames and foundations of some new art. I have been collecting song lyrics, and sayings to embroider some needlepoint wisdom into them. "You are my home." "Love replaces fear." "What a feeling." You know mushy things like that. I have started on one but I don't really like how the sticthes are coming out... they look dashed and I am going to look up some tutorials for stictches words.. maybe there is a trick I am missing.
These other finds are from the local Vinnies, just some vintage trim and fabric ribbon, which I am hoping to turn into some garland. And a small piece of crochet that I will cut up and find a few purposes for.
